Driver Education

Driver education by Advanced Institute for Driver EducationThe training process of drivers in Kenya over the years has been blamed for being the culprit behind the worrying accident statistics. 80% of accidents are attributed to human error. (Kenya is rated among 10 countries with the highest rate of accidents globally; the few competent drivers are not safe because an ignorant driver will involve them into an emergency anyway). The choice for Kenyans is between old syllabus and new approach as is the practice in some parts of the world. The mood now with transport authorities is a departure from training drivers just to pass a driving test. This makes it imperative to involve all road users in efforts to establish new comprehensive curricula of training. Some of the so called refresher courses Could be incomplete because they are just reminders of the older teaching at the expense of merging requirement of modern motoring demands. New approach is the trend. Driver Education/Refresher& Defensive driving to sensitize road users to road safety Motorist Association of Kenya has a partnered with Advanced Institute for Driver Education, Kenya Traffic Police and other likeminded experts in a deliberate action to reduce accidents by training road users across the board.

AIDE has printed a comprehensive handbook on the best way to use a superhighway, Schools Training Manual besides other drive right literature. We are running a practical training to school going children and school bus drivers across the country in collaboration with the Traffic Police Headquarter and Ministry of Education. We have also launched road safety campaigns for Counties to impart the new road user demands. A choice of courses done by AIDE are:- Seminars on defensive driving, Fleet Management, fuel saving, ally vehicle checks, care maintenance, correct driving habits, school bus driver, and other custom made corporate training aimed at saving transporters and company fleet current losses resulting from accidents. The training sessions are facilitated by use of visual aid Power point presentations, video and write-ups pertinent to specific needs. Benefits of road safety awareness cannot be gainsaid. We know Kenyan driving conditions and rules better beyond the normal driving courses. Book now by contacting:  This email address is being protected from spambots.
